Throughout those years, we observed the difficulty many faced in maintaining a healthy balance between professional obligations and personal life. For some, this imbalance manifested in overworking, neglecting family time & insufficient self-care; for others, it resulted in diminished focus, professional burnout, and self-sabotaging due to created reluctance to what once was their passion.
Traditional office settings imposed constraints on personal freedom, enforcing a rigid Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule that feels unnatural and restrictive nowadays. At this point, we already understood that fulfilling responsibilities & achieving professional success could be conducted virtually anywhere – a home, a café, or even a beach.

Such change requires organizations and individuals to understand how to separate and integrate life and work at the same time.
That’s why RS Hubs initiative aims to create spaces where these two areas, work and life, are not just balanced but deeply connected for a richer, more fulfilling experience.

The great thing with evolving ideas is that, sooner or later, a matching idea comes to fruition. RS Hubs is such an idea.
It complements the current business as we can accommodate remote teams that we transform, organize company retreats and use spaces for masterminds of founders of the companies.
These will be our first clients and quite possibly – citizens of the future cities.
This supports Remote Sensei’s mission to develop a framework allowing to form or reform a company into a distributed but unified organism, with the ultimate goal of broadening the perspective of the world, self-realization of an individual and achieving life/work balance.
This mission is brought to life by our growing team of exceptional coaches, entrepreneurs, psychologists and change leaders. Together, we want to build RS Hubs from the ground up, with a deep understanding of local cultures and dynamics, ensuring that each hub becomes a catalyst for positive transformation from within.
Do you have an aligned idea? Maybe you’d like to get involved?
RS Hubs are born from a vision shared by two individuals, Jacek and Oskar, who recognized the evolving landscape of work and life in the digital age.
A shared belief in the transformative power of remote work and mindful living allowed them (actually us, writing this text) to arrive at a point where the evolution of the consulting business was inevitable.
