You can have the best tool in the world, but if people don’t see what’s in it for them, it will fall apart. I learned this from working with my own team: real change needs shared solutions, clear communication, and an approach that’s built with people, not handed down to them. Small steps, genuine support, and making sure no one feels thrown in at the deep end.
For nearly 10 years, I’ve worn many hats – owning strategy, operations, finance, and project delivery, while working alongside teams in communications, marketing, events and product development. Add an international environment to that mix, and you get someone who understands how different parts of an organisation think, work, and talk. That’s what helps me meet each client where they are.
What brings me joy is the moment someone says: things are easier now. That their communication is clearer, that they know what to do next, and the chaos that was slowing them down is gone. I joined Remote Sensei because their approach matched mine: you start with people and purpose, and the tools follow. I’ve used and loved Asana for years, and here I get to combine that with what I do best: helping people find a way of working that genuinely fits them.
