I’ve been that person. My career started on rooftops, literally, mounting solar panels in the renewable energy industry. From there I moved to servicing heat pumps and gas boilers, and quickly discovered that my strongest skill is learning new things from scratch, turning chaos into structure, and making sure the next person can follow.
When the company I helped build scaled to 50 people, I faced three challenges that changed everything I do today: making the most of limited resources, turning intuitive (and often chaotic) work into repeatable processes, and collecting the right data to make better decisions.
Tools like Asana and Pipedrive helped me solve those problems. I started seeing them as levers for clarity and control, and I saw what happens when a team stops guessing and starts seeing. I wanted to bring that to more businesses.
Today I work as a consultant and trainer, helping companies rethink how they sell, manage projects, and use data. My clients include global brands like Belvedere Vodka and the Pulaski Foundation, as well as fast-growing SMBs building their first project management or CRM setup.
Two things set my approach apart:
First, I work hands-on. I sit with your team, configure the tools live, train people at their level, and stay until they actually use the system. Every session ends with clear next steps, specific owners, and a follow-up date.
Second, I think in connected systems. I link CRMs to project management, automate data flows with APIs, build reporting dashboards, and design AI-assisted workflows that save hours of manual work. The goal is to make your existing work visible, measurable, and scalable.
The best implementations happen when tools become team habits, not IT projects. A better way of working improves performance metrics and changes how people feel about showing up every day.
