As a Funnel Optimization Specialist you’re responsible for implementing and improving B2B sales funnels built in Active Campaign and increasing conversion rates.

You understand how to analyse data and draw conclusions from it to design high converting solutions.

Your results-driven attitude is a fundamental part of your attitude. Therefore, you’re unstoppable. You never stop looking for ways to improve your performance marketing skills (focussed mostly on outbound email funnels).

Skills/Experience

Experience in performance marketing.
Ability to immediately come up with tangible improvements to increase CR after looking at a funnel diagram or an implemented automation in Active Campaign
History of working with funnel automations
Ability to demonstrate a strong track record of data assessment and increasing funnel conversion rates
Understanding how to assess marketing data across GA, Active Campaign, Facebook, Google, and other sources (part of our early cooperation will be the creation of a funnel strategy with our strategic partner - Asana, following through to the implementation and execution of this strategy)
Solid understanding of human psychology fundamentals
Thorough understanding of campaign measurement
Understanding of Landing Page Strategy & email drip campaigns involving lead magnets
History of optimizing email marketing flows, automation, and campaigns
Experience with Figma is a bonus
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Key Responsibilities

In the beginning

Collaborate with Funnel Strategist & Sales Manager to develop effective email templates
Provide regular (automatically generated) reports and updates on funnel performance to Funnel Strategist & Sales Manager
Help Sales Manager align the sales funnel in AC to sales pipeline in Asana.
Suggest and use new tools that can enhance funnel performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in funnel optimization.

In a long-term relationship

Be the primary driver for identifying significant optimization opportunities and driving optimization strategies and roadmaps.
Establish and measure KPI’s for each test.
Define and produce (with help from the sales & marketing circle) in-depth creative tests based on data and concrete plans for ongoing iterations and tests.
Analyze key health metrics for various marketing channels with cross-functional collaboration with other team members.
Come up with creative and data-driven solutions to common and uncommon outbound&inbound funnels' challenges.
